Verdict
The Clock Leary led until the second last over a longer trip last time at Wetherby and should be suited by the drop in distance. But Sonneofpresenting also likes to race prominently and made most when last seen at Market Rasen, though that was back in September and he is shouldering a welter burden. Thoonavolla was in good form at this time last year and looked to be on the way back when second at Southwell but Lord Ben always seems to find at least one too good. SCHINDLER’S PRINCE won here last July in a higher grade. He is still 6lb higher but this is his time of year and he could be the value against rivals who generally struggle to win.
