In depth

Verdict

POTTERS LEGEND made a winning start over fences at Kempton earlier this month though he looked beaten in second before the leading horse blundered the last fence. Lucy Wadham’s charge will have benefited for that experience and can land this without relying on good fortune. Ma du Fou also made a promising debut over fences when third at Wetherby and should make a bold bid but mistakes cost Charmix at Fontwell last time and he’ll need an improved jumping display to get involved. Never Equalled may prove best of the rest after a recent comeback run at Ffos Las.
