Verdict
Rodber, Queen Of The South and Baie Des Singes are three against the field in this maiden chase and the confident vote goes to Rodber. The selection has been in fair form of late and a reproduction of his latest second behind Edmo Heights would make him hard to beat. Queen Of The South rates the main danger on his best form as he is one of the least exposed in the field and has plenty of scope for improvement but it is interesting to note that Tony Dobbin has elected to ride Rodber. Baie Des Singes is also worthy of respect on his fourth behind Manx Magic but he has been let down by his jumping of late so can not be backed with any confidence. The remainder have shown very little of late and are readily opposed and for the winner we return to Rodber.
