In depth
Verdict
Real Estate has done most of his winning on the all-weather but remains in good form and would have got closer here last week with a clear run, though did finish just behind course specialist Union Rose. May Remain is another who has been thriving on artificial surfaces and Moonraker is best at Southwell. Boom The Groom would have made short work of these in his prime but hasn’t won on Turf since August 2016. MICHAELS CHOICE won a nursery over course and distance in 2018 and was successful at Brighton, another turning track, last year. He may well be capable of further improvement this year.
