In depth
Verdict
Dartington is much respected making his Turf debut after getting off the mark at Lingfield but will likely find MOTAMAYIZ a tough nut to crack. Roger Varian’s gelding won over track and trip a week ago with the proverbial ton in hand and should defy the penalty. Plath is having a first run in a handicap having shaped better than the final result suggests at Chelmsford last month but School Of Thought and What An Angel need more while San Rafael is probably best watched having been gelded since last seen in November.
