Gay Kelleway's horses are in good form and Capla Spirit contributed to the score at Wolverhampton for which he carries a 6lb penalty. He's well drawn and should get into the action while Raadea only just failed to make all at Catterick and makes his handicap debut. Zulu Zander has won here and also from a higher mark but this can go to VELETA. A winner at Chelmsford in November, Clive Cox' filly was having only her third subsequent start when a good third in a decent Haydock handicap last time and should be ready to strike. The maiden Blue Venture could prove best of the remainder.
