      Verdict

COGITAL has only won once and that was on Polytrack but showed that his turn isn't far off when coming with a late run at Chepstow. That was over 2m, as was Arthalot's run on the same track last time and the latter has only had five starts. Flashing Approach has been gelded since a moderate effort on fast going at Windsor and could be suited by today's easier ground conditions while Visor, still a maiden after 14 starts, will have needed his comeback at Yarmouth where he probably found the ground too quick. Hollywood Road is 18lb lower than at the start of last year but looks no nearer winning.
