Sweeping Rock tried to make all here last time but faded in the closing stages behind Glens Wobbly, who has been well beaten since - both may be a couple of pounds too high now. Captain Oats' only previous win came here but he's still 6lb higher while Southwell specialist Kingscombe is probably best watched after a break. On Stage has been thereabouts lately and Jenny Powell's claim will help her cause but nobody could deny that ROWLESTONE LASS deserves a change of luck. Richard Price's filly is still a maiden and keeps finding one too good but her latest second at Windsor came in a better race than this.
