        Verdict

        A weak nursery but MANALI didn't run badly here last time when a one-paced third behind Bazball and faces similar conditions dropped a couple of pounds. Zaphea was another to show some improvement last time though she's yet to face ground with soft in the description. The going could also be a question mark against the chance of Mist Of Lir, whose latest Lingfield fourth was his best run to date. Amy Murphy now drops her gelding in trip and Pinpoint has yet to trouble the judge but may do better going handicapping under a promising apprentice.
