        Verdict

        This valuable race can go to Early Evening, who gets the vote ahead of Safqa and Babcary. Early Evening is the on the up and has been well handled by Henry Candy to win her last two. Her mark still looks fair and she can play her part in this race today. Virtuosity has to be considered from the Sir Michael Stoute yard; In Full Cry has already been beaten from his current rating; Safqa has been knocking at the door and looks fairly treated; Babcary's second to the impressive Stotsfold at Kempton on Saturday brings him here in good heart; Solva's form has possibly plateaued; Kyoto Summit is a little hard to assess; Robustian holds place claims; we couldn't be strong on Billich: Polliwilline has at least been dropped to a more-reasonable mark now, and Three Thieves certainly is open to improvement based on his Musselburgh maiden win. Overall, though, the vote goes Early Evening.
