In depth

Verdict

SIR QUINTIN should benefit for the return to softer conditions and is probably the form pick here on his form in the summer, particularly his neck second to the useful Rule Book on debut at Sandown. He can finally get off the mark in this though Courage will be a danger if a visor sparks a revival. Awake My Soul should also go close as his latest fifth at Newmarket and that was against decent opposition while Pacific Heights has shown promise, though hasn't raced since April and has his stamina to prove over this trip. Wannabe Loved was only beaten half-a-length at Kempton in August and has more scope than a lot of these but she probably needs to improve again to win this.
