Verdict

Little form for us to go on and pedigree suggests that today might be the day to catch DON'T TELL MARY to score on her debut, while Toga Tiger and Glass Of Red look next best. The selection was a 32,000 pounds purchase and is a half-sister to a couple of juvenile sprint winners and is out of a dam who won over 7f at this age. Those are good things to have in our favour here, as is the good form of Tom Dascombe's string, so we will side with her. Toga Tiger ran plenty green enough first time out and should have learned from that experience over this track. He looks capable of taking a small event, and this may be the one, although we'll take him on tonight. Glass Of Red is another interesting newcomer, costing 50,000 euros. She is of good stock, although pedigree suggests that she will be better at three and beyond so she may be best watched here. Cardinal's Hat may emerge as the best of the remainder, but we are going to take a chance on Don't Tell Mary.
