        Verdict

A field large in numbers but low in quality. Firework Pulse and Bonny Ruan are all sure to have there supporters but we will take a chance on Firework. The gelding from the John Akehurst yard won a similar contest in good style last time out when defeating Ynysmon and with conditions again in his favour he will be hard to beat. Pulse was a good second in a claimer last time out behind Cark and if he reproduced that effort he should go close but he gives the impression he will be better over a slightly longer trip. Bonny Ruan is from a shrewd yard that is taking a drop in class so any market move should be noted. Maromito is another taking a big drop in class and he to is worth a look in the market. Of the remainder Intellebet one is from a yard in form on a handy mark and showed he was coming back to form when fourth last time out.
