        Verdict

        Takaroa has been knocking on the door in similar company both over course and distance and at Salisbury last time. Ian Balding's charge should give another good account along with top weight Thesis who may do better over this trip having failed to last home over slightly further of late. Storm Cry was below his best last time but has claims on earlier efforts while Wind Chime shaped as though ready to strike last time and is respected.
