In depth

Verdict

Fanrouge and Crimson Queen both have a terrific record here, the latter winning for the fourth time at the track when scoring by six lengths over 6f 10 days ago. Ginzan and Best Be Careful are other course and distance winners while Whitecrest has fallen to a fair mark. Hot Secret is proving very frustrating, however, and was beaten again at Epsom on Thursday. REQAABA has to give weight to older handicappers but was most impressive when fitted with a hood for the first time at Windsor. The headgear is in place again and Robert Cowell's lightly-raced three-year-old can defy a 6lb higher mark.
