      Verdict

      Though a shade disappointing again in a maiden at Thirsk last time, DRESSING ROOM is given a final chance to reward connections' patience as his second to First Battalion at Windsor last month is the best form on offer here. Elfine's second at Southwell was her best effort to date but she is 4lb higher here, while Nottingham winner Zamina didn't appear to get home over this trip at Goodwood next time. Canaveral finished behind the selection on his reappearance but is 6lb better off now and there may not be much to choose between the pair today.
