          Verdict

          Probably best to stick with the recent winners in this. Cuisine has a penalty to contend with for last week's narrow margin C&D victory and collateral form has him closely matched with Chepstow winner Majestic Red. Rebel Magic is another C&D winner and she's preferred to stablemate Danz Choice but the vote goes to BRIDGE NIGHT. She scored at Lingfield last month with plenty in hand and, given a couple of subsequent winners have come out of the race, Eve Johnson Houghton's filly looks to have the strongest form.

          Rebel Magic 5-1 (8-6) Slowly into stride, headway on outside halfway, chased leader approaching final furlong, stayed on inside final furlong, led post, won at Bath 5f 2yo mdn aut (6) gs in May beating Lucky Beggar (9-3) by shd, 8 ran.

          Edged Out 5-1 (9-0) Chased leaders, ridden halfway, kept on same pace, 5th of 8, 10l behind Hairy Rocket (9-0) at Windsor 5f 2yo stks (4) sft in May.
