Verdict
Stoneham has become a specialist on Tapeta at Wolverhampton where she's now won twice. She has a 6lb penalty for last week's victory but shouldn't have any problem reverting to Turf. Golden Bird has had eight career starts - all of them on Polytrack. He wasn't beaten far at Lingfield last week and if taking to the surface should get involved. DUKES DEN was a length behind in that latter event but came with a late rattle after being out with the washing. His trainer won this with a 25/1 chance last year and though he's another more used to racing on an artificial surface he's given the vote to complete a long-range stable double. Lineman rarely runs away from Wolverhampton these days and he's never won on Turf though he's slipped to his lowest-ever rating and Tom Marquand's claim is a real plus.
