NonRunner

In depth

Verdict

Starfighter’s recent third at Nottingham came in an amateurs’ race but it was his first run on Turf for almost a year and Billy Loughnane’s claim in this is a plus. But he is still giving weight to LHEBAYEB (NAP), who certainly wasn’t winning out of turn here two weeks ago and has only been raised 3lb. Balgowan is still a maiden but would have each-way claims on last year’s form, though Surrey Charm looks a bigger danger on a surprise comeback win at Chepstow. Feyha has placed over 1m2f the last twice but still has stamina to prove over this trip.
