Verdict

Succession is penalised for winning over track and trip and that hands the advantage to MASHADI. The latter has finished runner-up in both starts to date, including a Class 2 contest at York last week, and can go one better in this. No Sinner posted a better effort last time and cheekpieces are applied while The Liegeman stands out among the newcomers. He’s a brother to three winners, including the high-class sprinter The Tin Man, and a half-brother to several others including Group 2 winner Deacon Blue.
