In depth
Verdict
Bijou Dancer is the highest-rated of these in this claimer but has shown little in three runs to date so we'll side with Gary Moore's Lucky Valentine. She has raced mainly on the all-weather in her short career so far but may well have better to come in a race that rates little better than a seller. Tommy Nutter was fifth in a similar event here on 6 May (Compton Star further behind after a slow start) and he has place claims. Intellibet One and Monte Verde can certainly have cases built for them in this, as can Bless Her, who is equipped with first-time blinkers and Frankie McDonald takes a useful five pounds off her back. Her best run as a juvenile came at this track.
