RISING DAWN is up 5lb for winning a handicap at Chepstow earlier this month but breeding suggests there should be more to come stepping up in distance. He's just preferred to Power Up who finished well ahead of Kaizen Factor when fourth over today's trip at Kempton. Samtu should appreciate this greater test of stamina and he makes more appeal than the selection's stablemate My Anchor and the more exposed Aristocracy.
