In depth

Verdict

Royal Hawk had plenty of experience in France before making a successful debut for Willie Mullins at Cork though he had to work hard to land the odds. He should improve for the run but TWOBEELUCKY can have his measure. Henry De Bromhead's charge had run well without winning for Mark Johnston and was very impressive when easily landing a maiden hurdle at Roscommon last month. Edification, a winner at Salisbury for Martyn Meade, looks the type to make a hurdler as does Bhutan, a winner on his only start on the level for Aidan O'Brien last year and sent straight into Grade 1 company over timber at Leopardstown in February.
