In depth

Verdict

Dumitas was sent to Perth to lose his maiden tag over hurdles and did so very impressively. There's probably more to come but he faces a stiff task against INSPECTOR CLOUSEAU and Jacksonslady. The former ran twice at Galway and his close third behind Double Seven in a tough handicap would probably be good enough to see off the mare, who wasn't at her best at Galway after strong form in maiden and novice company. Hurdling debutant Spring Hawk looks best of the remainder.
