        Verdict

        RAMBUSO CREEK won easily at Thirsk on his handicap debut and first start after wind surgery. There looks more to come and he’s less exposed than Thirsk runner-up Lost My Sock. The latter should go well again on better terms while Ventura Express will appreciate this return to the minimum trip and is preferred to stablemate Indian Sounds. Show Yourself ran below par last time but has won four of six previous outings on this course while Showalong has a shout on an earlier fourth in better company at York.
