Verdict
Defining is unbeaten since stepping up to this trip and is likely to make a bold bid to land the hat trick here. Northside Lodge, who is five pounds lower than when finishing second on the Polytrack last time, rates as an obvious danger, while Kristensen appeals as a likely alternative. Things haven't quite gone his way since winning at Ripon in April but he is back on a fair mark and any market confidence could be significant.
