Verdict

MUNAAWER has taken time to find his form since arriving from France a year ago but looks ready to gain his first success for James Bethell. A winner on the all-weather at Cagnes-Sur-Mer last February, he produced his best run to date for the Middleham yard when runner-up to Easy Terms at Ripon and Amy Ryan's claim wipes out the subsequent rise in weights. Royal Composer is just 1lb higher than when scoring here in July and he'll be better for last week's reappearance at Nottingham under an apprentice. Rowan Lodge is another who goes well on the track, though the race he won in April was a seller, but Zaplamation is now on the highest mark of a 37-run career and disappointed over the C&D last time.
