Cap St Jean, Mangano and Murrumbidgee are three against the field in this trappy classified race and the tentative vote is given to Cap St Jean. The selection was a fair third behind Caravel last time out. That horse has won again since so the form looks solid and he need only run up to that mark to score. Mangano rates the main danger on his latest fourth behind Grand Diamond but one win from 26 attempts is off-putting. Murrumbidgee has dropped to a handy mark and could improve for the fitting of first-time cheekpieces so should be watched in the market. Of the remainder Sunley Sovereign has the highest BHB rating of these and could go well at a price but he has shown very little of late while Grey Vision has place claims on his best form but his better efforts have come with more cut in the ground and for the winner we return to Cap St Jean.
