In depth

Verdict

Mikmak still carries a penalty for an earlier win in soft ground at Pontefract having been beaten since while Mostaqqer has yet to score on Turf having won over longer trips at Wolverhampton earlier in the year. Silkstone looks no nearer to ending a long losing run but RICKSEN has slipped down the weights and finished third on the Turf at Lingfield last time. He looks set to open his account off his current mark so gets the nod.
