    In depth

    Verdict

This looks wide-open but Sibaaq ran well off higher marks after winning over course and distance in August and is well berthed to control matters against the rail. Et Tu Brute was quite highly tried after winning a Chepstow maiden last June but this looks a test for Southwell winner Action Hero under top weight given he’s only run once on Turf before. NORTHERN EXPRESS never got competitive when starting favourite for a Class 2 handicap at York on his final start last year but has only had three runs and did make a winning debut over track and trip in August so gets the vote.
