In Focus beat Dual Mac, who runs in the previous race, at Carlisle last week but has a penalty and a high draw to overcome today. Day Of The Eagle only won a claimer last time at Newcastle but Shamaheart beat subsequent Newcastle winner Destination Aim and Space War at Carlisle last month and has finished third at Redcar since, though hasn't managed a win here in five previous tries. Let's Twist disappointed on his handicap debut at Catterick but is surely better than that and it would be no surprise to see him in the firing-line along with course and distance winner Make On Madam. TRUE PLEASURE (NAP) won off a higher mark here in April and looked to be on the way back when sixth at the track last time from an unfavourable starting position. Well drawn today, she can pick up the winning thread again.
