        Verdict

        Bit Of A Quirke is a regular winner around here but soon folded after attempting to make all last week. It's a year since Motarajel won but he's now 8lb lower and Tim Easterby's horses are going well. DANDY'S ANGEL (NAP) won on fast ground here last month and good to soft at Carlisle eleven days ago. He's only been raised a pound so a quick double looks on the cards. Precedent has yet to win but went close on soft ground at Hamilton last weekend.
