        Verdict

        KYLIE RULES had only shown the occasional glimpse of promise before making her debut for Ruth Carr here last week and turning a fillies' handicap into a procession. She's been raised 10lb but not surprisingly connections take up the option of a quick reappearance with a 5lb penalty and she can win again. International Man won a York handicap over the trip from the same mark last July and his rider's claim puts him right in the picture while Stringybark Creek, who completed a double when scoring here in September, did everything but win on his reappearance at Nottingham. Autretot won in France and has run well in better company for David O'Meara so has to be respected despite a big weight.
