Verdict

The rejuvenated DUTCH COED was winning for the fourth time this year when successful over track and trip recently. Nigel Tinkler’s charge should make another bold bid raised only 3lb. The unpredictable Ideal Candy ran well over course and distance in between a couple of poor efforts while Kwanza beat Lady Scatterley at Pontefract last month but failed to cope with a 7lb rise at Musselburgh last time. Five Helmets may do better back over today’s shorter trip but First Response was less than convincing on his first attempt at 1m2f.
