MIDNITE BRIDE recorded a hat-trick over 7f including a win in soft ground before beaten only a length over a mile here last time. But she drops back down in class for this and looks worth another chance. Equidae finished closer at Catterick but has a poor strike rate on Turf while Spring Romance returns to this surface on a decent mark with Oisin Murphy taking over the reins. Custard The Dragon saves his best for Southwell while John Clare but King Of Tonga have both won in testing ground.
