Verdict

Dawn At Sea, Rare Coincidence and Hilltime are three against the field in a competitive handicap and the vote is given to Dawn At Sea. The selection was a fair third behind Inchlock last time out doing all his best work at the finish. The step up in trip should bring about some more improvement and off what looks a fair mark he will be hard to beat. Rare Coincidence rates the main danger as he won well last time out when beating Tojoneski but he has a penalty for that win and that may just find him out. Hilltime has been in good form of late and was a fair second off this mark behind Eaton last time out. This faster surface will suit and he should be noted in the market. Rarefied is another that could go well as he hails from a yard in top form and has dropped to a handy mark. Of the remainder Great View is game and consistent and is sure to run his race under conditions that suit but for the winner we return to Dawn At Sea.
