In depth
Verdict
Baltic King, Tax Free and Quito are the three who may dominate this classy affair, and Tax Free gets the nod to win at a nice price. Tax Free is unbeaten on any surface easier than good and david nicholls charge ran a blinder in the Stewards Cup, only run out of it in the closing stages, and has run respectably in better company. Baltic King won the Wokingham but was then found out on easier ground when made favourite at Newbury. He may find this ground a little too slow. Quito ran up to his form when scoring going away at York on Thursday and although this stiff uphill finish will help, the minimum trip will be very short for the nine-year-old. Tax Free has distance and ground to his liking and looks the one to be on.
