Verdict

It doesn’t bode well to see Gramercy, rated 91, make a belated reappearance at this level. FORT BASTION has a similar rating and has to be forgiven a poor effort at York last time and he should be good enough if running anywhere near his mark. If not, then Layla's Hero could take advantage as she beat a rival rated 92 to win last year’s renewal. The selection’s stablemate Terhaal and Our Boy Jack share the same handicap mark but both have plenty to find while Terhaal and Tafahom are even harder to fancy.
