          Verdict

          Astroangel looks the percentage call in a tough race for punters to fathom; Chasing Memories, Pietersen and Naughty Thoughts are also considered. The selection ran really well last time when chasing home Pietersen here and if she can build on that much improved effort then this filly can get her head in front. Pietersen is an obvious danger but he has been a little disappointing in his last two starts and for that reason we will take him on. Chasing Memories ran well after a break at Thirsk last time so he is entitled to enter calculations, although the fact that he has yet to win a race does temper confidence. Naughty Thoughts was a little disappointing at Nottingham last time but she did stumble out of the stalls that day and she could be worth another chance. A tricky race to find the winner this is, but Astroangel looks an improving type and can land the prize.
