Verdict
Effervescence would have an obvious chance though was engaged to run at Brighton last night and it's a very long trek here. Elerfaan has a very smart pedigree but didn't make his debut until a month ago when a promising runner-up at Wetherby though he's the only four-year-old in the line-up. Furzig landed a novices' contest at Lingfield on New Year's Eve and makes his debut on Turf but there should be more to come. Newmarket raider BUSBY was going on at the finish over slightly shorter at Wetherby so today's track should prove ideal and he can take this with his rider's claim a bonus. Begging Bowl makes a quick reappearance but was beaten 25l into third at Pontefract last week.
