        In depth

        Verdict

        Jane Chapple-Hyam only has one runner-at the meeting and though Somes Sound has shown nothing in maidens he's worth noting in the market. Conistone made a bright start at Thirsk a year ago though hasn't kicked on as expected but Dyna Might gained a shock victory at the last meeting and a repeat would see her go close. American Craftsman was noted staying on over shorter here last time and may do better over this trip. SINGLE ESTATE ran poorly in three starts for Sir Mark Prescott last summer and changed stables but made an encouraging debut at Redcar last weekend where he stayed on well over that 1m2f. He can race off a 1lb lower mark here so looks ready to open his account.
