With Approval has won three times from 18 starts on this track and though never over a trip this far this is a poor handicap so he can't be dismissed. Rocksette gained the only success of her career over the track and trip in October and is back on the same mark. She had Sussex Girl 4l behind that day but was beaten a neck by that rival on soft ground here earlier and there doesn't look much between them. Clive Clifton, who has changed stables, is 1-36 which doesn't inspire confidence so a chance is taken with ALTAIRA.
