Confrerie’s last win on Turf came over course and distance off a higher mark and he shouldn’t be left out of calculations. Eastern Star won a classified stakes at Leicester last month but jockey booking suggest Chepstow runner-up Doctor Nuno is the stable’s first string. Pentimento was second over a mile here on his reappearance but this looks a good opportunity for INCORRIGIBLE who has been knocking on the door here and at Chepstow in similar company.
