    Verdict

Lord Reason took 15 attempts to get off the mark and is upped 5lb for scoring over a mile here last time. DELUXE has yet to score in 18 starts but it could be his turn today on the back of finishing runner-up over 7f here. He stays this longer trip while Shimba Hills was successful over 1m2f at Lingfield recently and should go well again off a 3lb higher mark. Nigel drops in class and distance as he searches for his first win while The Gay Cavalier has recorded all four of his wins so far at Kempton.
