      Verdict

      ALTHAROOS looked very inexperienced on his debut at Newbury but stayed on strongly once the penny dropped and with his yard in such good form can improve past Disclaimer. Sir Henry Cecil's colt has done nothing wrong and will pick up a race soon though may have to wait for a nursery to do so. Wayfoong Express missed the break on his Windsor debut but showed plenty of potential and wasn't beaten far so he should prove best of the remainder.
