In depth

Verdict

Ed Dunlop could not have his yard in better form and INNISCASTLE LAD can be another winner for the Newmarket handler. The Kyllachy gelding had been plummeting down the weights for the last 18 months before landing a small handicap at Lingfield. If he is coming back to his best he should prove tough to beat as he is still around a stone lower in the handicap than in the autumn of 2014. He certainly looked a happier horse last time for his new handler when making all. Van Huysen has been performing creditably on the all-weather this year without finding the winner's circle but he's 4lb lower on the turf and should give the selection something to think about. Lord Of The Storm ran well here at the last meeting when runner-up to the well-treated Ifan and is added to the shortlist.
