        Verdict

        Bosamcliff comes here in good form but it must be remembered that the race she won at Ayr was run in 14 seconds above standard; preference then is for Pharaohs Queen ahead of Timocracy. Ed Dunlop's filly has been off the track for 111 days and whilst David Shepherd may have been hopping around, the break may have presented her with the chance to recover from two poor runs. There may have been excuses (all-weather and quick ground) and proven on soft ground, this well-related filly should run well at a fair price. Space Pirate won a weak race at the track last time but has different conditions to contend with today, so of more interest may be Bosamcliff. She despatched of Always Brave with little trouble and deserves her 5lbs rise in the weights despite that not being a strong contest. Timocracy starts handicapping off a lowly mark of 63 and must be respected despite the fact that she is not assured to get this trip. Coral Shores and Seventh Hill both have bits and pieces of form that should put them in the mix; however it is Pharaohs Queen who receives the vote.
