      Verdict

      Rastrelli drops back in distance having finished a modest fourth over a mile at Goodwood and SARSTEDT makes more appeal as he improved when stepped up to today’s trip at Lingfield. Henry Candy’s colt finished runner-up to Regimented, who has won again since, with the rest five lengths and more behind. Illusional is related to three winners, including a Group 2 winner, and Mark Johnston has a good record at the track but it’s difficult to make a case for any of the remainder.
