        Verdict

        Malyana, Filios and Baltic Belle are the three for the shortlist here and Malyana is taken to lead them home. Luca Cumani's Filios ran an eye catching race on his debut at Kempton, staying on well in the closing stages to finish a close third. He is sure to have benefitted from the outing and looks sure to go well. Baltic Belle has run well in defeat in her last two starts, finishing a good fifth in an expensive Sales race at Ascot before filling the same position in a nursery at Newmarket. She has the best form in the race but has had seven chances to lose her maiden tag and is taken on here. Beautifully bred, by Mtoto out of the high class Pass The Peace, Malyana has finished second on her most recent starts at Kempton and Haydock and looks set to go one better. Malyana can take this en route to better things.
