Celtic Commitment, Midnight In May and Parc Des Princes look the three to concentrate on in this maiden and the vote is given to MIDNIGHT IN MAY. Midnight In May was a real eyecatcher on his debut when he finished fifth behind Master Fong at Goodwood. He ran very green that day so we expect him to improve and if he does he should be hard to beat. Celtic Commitment ran well last time when chasing home Red Spider at Kempton but the horse that finished third in that race Mon Calpe has since been out and disappointed so there is a big question mark over the form. Parc Des Princes was only beaten a short-head here last time and that was a significant improvement on his debut. He has a tendency to be slowly away in his races so this extra furlong might help and he has to be respected. Roman Glory ran well in a decent Newmarket maiden last time and it would be no surprise to see him go well. However, Midnight In May looked a smart prospect on his debut and he can lose his maiden tag.
